Love for my Husband

I will probably sound like a total newlywed here (even though I've been married for a little over 3 years) but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY HUSBAND!!!!!!!! I have a most wonderful man as my partner for life. Through thick and thin, this man is by my side doing whatever he can to make me happy. Through my short-lived pregnancy, he was there making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I never wanted for anything. When we unfortunately lost our sweet twins a couple of weeks ago, this man really stepped up and showed strength. I honestly don't know what I would do without him in my life. I love being around him all the time. He makes me so happy. We can laugh together about anything. We find such joy in each other. There is no one we would rather spend time with than each other. We can be totally happy just sitting together in the living room (not even on the same couch) just watching TV. We may not even be watching the same thing. He could be watching TV and I could be watching Netflix on the IPad. He will cook dinner and even clean up afterwards. He folds the laundry and helps with the housework. He also does his "man chores" in the yard and around the house. I'd be lost without him.

Some of my favorite things about him:
-his green eyes
-his glasses
-his goofy grin
-his facial hair
-the way he picks on me
-he lets me pick on him
-his hugs
-cuddling
-his voice impressions
-the fact that he's recently taken an interest in football (b/c I LOVE football)
-the fact that he claims to be he is a Green Bay Packers fan (insert eye roll here)
-the fact that he has no idea why he is a Green Bay Packers fan
-the fact that he wants a Green Bay Packers jersey but doesn't have a favorite player
-he lets me root against the packers just for fun
-he is becoming a better cook
-he cleans better than I do
-he looks sooooo handsome in a suit and tie
-his hair spiked up
-he likes to cuddle with our puppies
-he will do girly stuff with me w/o complaining
-he's very "go with the flow"
-he loves to make me happy
-he supports me in everything I do
-he's a hard worker
-he's mushy and gushy and very affectionate
-he tells me he loves me every day, several times a day
***There is so much more, but I don't want to make this into a book :)

I allowed myself a "me" day this past Saturday. I went and got my hair dyed red and got a mani/pedi. I thought that since I looked so good, I would take my handsome man out on a date. We haven't been on a date since our anniversary back in July. We went to downtown Fort Worth and ate at the Reatta. We were seated on the 4th floor under the see through dome. The ambiance was outstanding. The food was great. We split the carne asada with cheese enchiladas and some bacon/jalepeno mac n' cheese. We came back home and watched TV. We were able to have a nice dinner and come home and relax. We are simple people who just love to be together. I am all about Mr. B! It is no secret how much I am in love with my husband. I said a long time ago that I would never get someone's name tatooed on me....yet I told Mr. B the other day that I loved him so much that if I ever actually wanted a tatoo, I would get his initials somewhere. I'm so proud to be his wife. I definitely could not have done any better than that man. I used to think a man like that didn't exist. I am blessed. God has blessed us with a great marriage. I know it has only been 3 years together, but I am looking forward to the next 30 years and 30 more years after that! I'm so excited to see what our future holds. I know we are going to have some serious fun together. I hope we never tire of each others' company!

Thanks for letting me brag on this awesome man! I feel like it doesn't happen enough. Now I am putting it out there for anyone and everyone to see. This is a little pic of us on date night:
